Couldn't the acquisition of Hamburger Hamlet in part explain the fall in the stock. I am not a current shareholder, I was actually going to buy in the day the announced the acquisition. To me is seemed like a local small-scale snapple-like boondogle.

How come Koo Koo Roo claims that Hamlet will be immediately accreitive to earnings. When the Daily Grill was going to buy the Hamlet about 8 months ago, they could not get decent financing because their estimates showed it would have negative cash-flow at the beginning. Is KKRO getting a better price than was offerred to Gril just a short-time ago? In addition, KKRO wants to sink more money into the Hamlets with remodeling to offer their rotissirie chicken and such. How much will this cost?

On April 10, KKRO announced that they will buy back up to 1 million shares of stock, since then the price has fallen about 20%. What's up with that.

The California Kitchen concept is great, how come they keep going into all these other ventures?
