Civil disobedience could work if *every* significant immoral state and federal law were ignored by a majority of all men and women of reason, en masse, and all give their reasons why. (Question: could current prisons hold all these new, truly "political prisoners?")

I suggest we have the new "Constitutional Party" issue its first press release -- a new Declaration of Independece (or perhaps a re-affirmation?). Appeal first to all those that contributed to the groundswell grass roots effort in the ludicrous -- but politically interesting -- 1990 independent bid for the presidency by Ross Perot. Then, appeal to the individualist of the (actually statist leaning) Libertarian Party.
