I was informed a week ago that the 17th would be a critical day for the people involved in the let's say "illegal" 144 shares short. And not to my surprise look what has come out today. As for Lou he is not a pissed off investor, an investor is someone who purchaces legit shares. As or Mr. Anthony, a concerned investor - I doubt it. I emailed him over an hour and a half ago asking him to give me the case number and some details about the case a the alledged criminal past of Mohamed. Still no response. If he was truly a concerned investor he would of posted more info instead of doing what he did and running. He also posted on some other thread about companies that should be investigated by the sec. Total bull.
The close of the congress deal is on target for April 27th, ten days. You mean to tell me that if drops about $0.20, a level that it has been at for quite some time, between now and the 27th you're selling. That is very interesting indeed. Sorry not trying to bash, it just gets funny when people post things like this. At this time the stock appears to have pretty solid support at $1.50 so I don't see why you would bail right before news. But to each his own.
The big 6 audit will be after the close of CRIC deal. This has been said all along. CRIC is a major portion of the company and no company audit can be done until this is complete.
It is my understanding that the dividend is being held up by the transfer agent. The previous post if true could be explained by this problem. The company is working on it and I am sure once they have something to post they will.
As for Motorsports there should be some info next week regarding this. Everything is progressing. The first 2 places are being funded and built by Motorsports. Genesis is assisting also but their main focus is closing CRIC and the Big 6 audit.
I suggest anyone not willing to give Genesis to at least the 27th should get out now, why wait and complain. This is a huge deal and will generate a lot of cash flow which will help fund current and future ventures waiting to be announced after the audit, so they are working very hard and focusing on this. The illegal 144 stock scenario is for real, the FBI is involved and Genesis is pushing it into court. This has been putting a tremendous burden on Genesis as they are trying to close but they have assured me that everything looks great and the deal will be completed. These are my opinions or things that I have talked the company about.
