Innomat Solutions Corp. has officially changed its corporate name
pursuant to the Articles of Amendment filed with the Ministry of
Consumer and Commercial Relations dated November 17th, 1999 and
will hereafter be known as Carber Capital Corp. As a result, the
Canadian Dealing Network Inc. has assigned the symbol "CBER" to
the common shares of Carber Capital Corp. Trade reporting using
this new symbol will be available starting November 26th, 1999.
The change of corporate name was approved by the shareholders at
the Corporation's Special and Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on
August 16, 1999.

Also pursuant to the Articles of Amendment, the Corporation has
consolidated its share capital on the basis of one (1) new
post-consolidation common share for every forty (40)
pre-consolidation common shares. After giving effect to the
capital reorganization there are a total of 1,135,962 common
shares issued and outstanding. This reorganization of the share
capital was also approved at the Corporation's August 16th, 1999
AGM.

Carber Capital Corp. is a financial investment corporation.
