Ramsey,

Where is your proof of disinformation?

Can you provide even the slightest bit of evidence that states Nextel will easily and quickly obtain the NextWave spectrum? Since Nextel is under a court gag order you won't find public comments from them on the subject. So investors choosing to speculate that the licenses could ultimately end up with Nextel is disinformation?

"First, C block is for small business and nextel does not qualify."

Original C block auction was set aside for designated entities, and failed miserably. Should the FCC regain C block and re-auction, I think it's reasonable to speculate that won't happen again. The chances of a small business spending billions to build another national MOBILE network this late in the game AND succeeding is slim and none, IMO.

So where would that leave Nextel? One of, if not the only existing national wireless player with the ability to bid for the licenses while maintaining compliance of the FCC's current imposed spectrum cap.

Your current or future position in Nextel is irrelevant, and is no concern of mine.

Ron
