The "brick wall" for maximum throughput is reached much sooner with TDMA than with CDMA. Agreed, and, effectively, end of discussion for purposed of the Yankee Report's developing new approach to the economics of wireless.

Btw, I have no idea what technology Angel is based on. But since McCaw held on to NXLK when he sold McCaw wireless, and since that has proven not to be the long-term solution to wireless telephony and data, it might just be T's PR machine cranking up interest in the tracking stock. I have not come across any descriptions of Angel other than that it is about to be rolled out. We'll find out soon enough.
