No. You can set up any program capable of displaying the
picture as the default viewer. In Windows >START>SETTINGS>FOLDER OPTIONS>FILE TYPES find the extension of the type of file you want to view and highlight it. Then hit EDIT twice and you'll be invited to
enter the path to the program you want to use to open it.
After that, just double click on the file name.

Not obvious <G>, but it works.

Or, in Navigator, click FILE>OPEN PAGE> and find the file. It will then open in Navigator.
