As I mentioned in the report... it was released at 7:48 PM .. well after the market closed. I do not hold anything in this company and have just started due diligence. Infact it was the news report which piqued my interest. I saw that some people had already started discussing it on Silicon investor.. therefore I posted the news release to stimulate conversation. What do you think is good about this company, their products ? Have they had repeat customers ? Have their products won any awards ? What is the record of their management team ? What is the insider holding level at this point ? How many market makers do they have (liquidity)? How many shares do they have outstanding ? How much revenue do they think they will earn (and in how much time) with this exclusive agreement ? Who are their direct and indirect competitors ? How much do they spend on R&D as a percentage of Sales ? Is the company dealing with leading edge techonology ? Are there any competiting standards ? Can you answer some or all of the above questions ? Thanx much, in advance, Anil
