Brian, yes it is a good verse.
James 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
I suppose all of us should try to remember it before we blow our tops. I think I will tape it onto my monitor, because the Lord knows I've blown my top more times than I care to remember.
