Stocks above the 200-DMA is fairly stable. Sell off near the close
pushed up the declines. New lows are down for all durations --
perhaps the heavy sellers are still on holiday. New 52-week highs
are up a bit. Average volatility has dropped significantly the past
two trading days, as happened last year at this time. The next
trading day after the holiday last year was a "down" day.

Volatility = 100*(HIGH - LOW)/CLOSE (for each individual stock)
