August, One of the beneficiaries listed in the Rex Foundation was suggested to me by a colleague, The American Indian College Fund: collegefund.org The others seem pretty quixotic, and that is not an insult - my own interests would seem quixotic to many. What are Mandatory Minimums, and what families are against them? Perhaps I should know, but I have to ask.
