Thanks for your insight. Think I'll watch and try to buy below 3, or if some news breaks it to the upside.

BTW, still don't comprehend the stock buy back. Usually indicates management feels the stock is under valued. Sometimes creates investor interest and a move up.

If I find anything I'll post.
