Greg,

I just talked to Jeff and he also reiterated the 17th as a critical date. He said that a lot was hitting the fan today. I guess we are seeing that.

I also briefly talked to Mike. Supposedly GIFS let the transfer agent go, and not the other way around. It seems very coincidental that all of this is hitting right now. On one hand I find it VERY scary and on the other, it seems like it could be a last ditch attempt by someone or someones to bash.

I am hoping to get a hold of Mike later today to get more information. They were very busy over there dealing with the inquiries due to these postings. I hope they plan very soon on putting something out publicly to ease our minds.
