NW-- a huge national org put out a research finding. Less than 2 pages dealing with e-tailers. Seems many want to go the way of CPQ (model not stock price-- LOL!!). Also noted was an article in 'AMMA Bulletin' (titles E-tailers morph, drop the 'dor com'). The articles indicate some large e-tailers are trying to "distance themselves from being associated in consumer's minds so closely with the Net. They made mention of Womens exercose werea LUCY.com's CEO saying they are mailing hundres of thousnds of catalogs and saying "Our strategy is LUCY not .com". BigStarEntertainment is trying to portray bricks and mortor by putting it's name on a bogus fleet of delivery trucks in NYC. They have even trained the drivers to answer some questions and give out coupons like they were working for them. Seems everyone wants it both ways..
