First this was in the case of Rape in the country where the girl could not call out for help nor where it could be proven to be rape for sure. Also the money was not for the Father to keep but was entrusted to him as a compensation to any prospective husband who would later want to marry a girl who had lost her virginity through no fault of her own! It was a very Just and equitable system. If the fellow tried to rape her in the city and she did not cry out both were put to death for fornication! If it was in the country and calling out could likely cause the rapist to just kill the girl she was not required to call out to still be innocent. Also no fellow could simply acquire a wife against her will by simply raping her and being forced by law to marry. It was up to the girl who was raped.. She could demand marriage of the fellow and if you read it carefully that fellow could never sue for divorce or she could decide instead that she wanted no more part of the man and a handsome dowry was required of the fellow to help the maiden find another man who would marry her in spite of what happened. You have perverted what God has provided for a very terrible situation into something filthy and obscene. As it is written: Titus 1:15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. God has never promoted prostitution you pig ! That girl was raped ! RE>>makes his son to pass through the fire<< Offers them as a sacrifice to satanic gods... Baal. Your hatred of God is hanging out something fierce tonight.
