If HJ shows that he did what he says he did, then I lose the bet and leave the thread. He seems to have taken me up on it. We'll see. I'm willing to have him hold me to the same scrutiny, though I think it's not helpful in any way to talk quantity. There are always greater and lesser persons than outselves. Prices and dates, fine. I like HJ. He's fun. I just don't believe for a moment the scale he's asserting. So I'm calling him on it. Maybe he'll think twice about how he affects folks who have no access, nor the means to the kinds of things he keeps going on about. In a way I hope he proves me wrong, but I don't believe he will. If HJ accomplished the good you say, then he has reason to be very proud. I don't have any reason to think otherwise, and I sense that HJ's assets are much greater than mine. I came up the hard way, too, and it's a source of great satisfaction regardless of the bottom line number.
