It is just to coincidental that I was informed of the 17th date and then this comes out. I talked to Ken today and they are working on sending out something. Mike was on the phone with the attorneys. People should understand that there are a lot of things happening right not with Genesis not only is the CRIC thing coming to a close but they are legally persuing certain people about this 144 stuff and other illegal activities by certain people. Not only have they been broken into but they have been sent letters stating that negative things will be released if they do not allow these 144 shares to go through. So they cannot just throw out statements refutting everything negative that comes across, they need to consult attorneys and so forth to analyse the situation at hand and put a release of some sort together. I was told of problems a day or two ago that they had with the transfer agent. I understood that the dividends you approved to be released but were not released by the transfer agent. This could probably be why he was let go. Greg
