The reason some of us spend the time on this thread - is to try and prevent more people from falling prey to situations that they do not understand. The damage from BRE-X is a product of over hype, not from careful, or even negative comments. Take note of what went on with some of these unfortunate BRE-X shareholders and consider that many still do not believe the situation they find themselves in, BECAUSE OF HYPE - like is still going on here. The people that have been hurt, WERE NOT able to assess the risks. That is the simple truth. Anyone not able to see this should seek help. So for those out there speculating now - good luck. But I hope you really do realize the risks, so we do not have to read about an unfortunate aftermath. Eric
