Kimo!!! Plans to List on Nasdaq

November 26, 1999 (TAIPEI) -- "Kimo!!!," a successful Net reinvestment of Systex Corp., is slated to apply for listing on the U.S. Nasdaq composite index in the first quarter next year.

If its bid is granted, Kimo!!! will be Taiwan's first Net stock listed on the U.S. stock market.

Expecting its member number to exceed one million by the end of this year, Kimo!!! has already become the largest Chinese-language portal site in the world. Kimo!!! was spun off from its parent, Systex, as of November.

As a typical portal site, Kimo!!! offers its members a free e-mail service. Its members currently top 350,000, and they are growing by about 10,000 each day.

C.R. Huang, the chairman of Systex, revealed that Kimo!!! will seek alliances with counterparts in China and Hong Kong and solicit experts abroad for the Web site's management team.
