we are back to square one with this company. New management is necessary, obviously now. Resources have been trimmed, obligations are up- its just like a new startup! (and that's how the market is valuing it right now).

You people that keep badmouthing things are only going to be self-defeating from this point on. If you don't want to piddle along with this "new startup", make or break situation- you have to boogie away now. I've held off griping cause I know many people are hurting, and feel betrayed. Maybe that's true. So, what you gonna do now? How long do you intend to grieve over your bad luck and wrong decisions?

Obviously, the luck or competency of the Murphy's has evaporated as reported in the latest filing. We have only a slim chance at revenue production and survival by my reckoning with the remaining assets. Let's hope the new co managers have success to this end. The time frame is limited.

This is the only good scenario left as far as I'm concerned.
Everything else spells failure (and this is assuming the SEC will allow the company to move forward!). So, for those planning to stick around- I think we need to let the company know what we expect, and that we wish to see whatever plan is available to keep going.

So long, to those who have spent the last six months telling everyone "we told you so"- I think it's obvious that six months of this is quite enough - no matter what your purpose.
