Hey HJ... think about this one... if you could get a JOB then maybe you could move to a real city like SF (where houses cost 20 million) instead of that low-rent dinky Seattle which is a big-city wannabe! Or maybe you could at least buy a CONDOMINIUM in SF for oh, 8 Million! Better get to it HJ... get that job... otherwise you'll be stuck in that hick town Seattle forever with all the second-tier players! hehehe sorry couldn't resist
