Ruffian. For me, I can't tell. Q would do well to rise above it and help all. With possible simi infinite demand, there do not have to be two sides--at least not now--so appease Ericy and try to hold them in the fold and hopefully CSCO will accept a "this year" well developed technology over an R&D program. Time pressure is Q's friend. JohnG
