I don't know if anyone is still monitoring this thread or not? I guess the current consensus is that GE has won in the LAN and that ATM is predominately (with others) a WAN technology. Does anyone have any sources that looks at the actual breakdown of technologies in the LAN vs WAN? I am still very interested in this data or any projections. George D.
