No, I don't believe I've ever seen a report of any MTLS insiders buying shares. If John Wilzac (sp?) has more shares, you're right; he could have exercised options, and that would not be considered an insider trade, and so it wouldn't be reported. Only if he exercised and sold would it be reported.

For these guys, exercising and NOT selling seems like a huge vote of confidence in the stock, almost as good as actual insider buying!

Can I imagine $40 again? Jeez, wouldn't that be nice? Without a reverse split, I mean...

I can easily imagine the low to mid teens again, but it's gonna be a few months, or quarters...
