This is a general comment that is relevant to the market as a whole. I write it here because I have a large long position in CPQ.

I live in Euro land and I awoke this morning to the news that the Euro has now reached an all time low against the US Dollar - just a shade above parity. This is despite a recent interest rate rise by the European Central Bank. What this says to me is that the US FED will not be inclined to raise rates again in the near future because to do so would strengthen the dollar even further against the Euro and this would (1) be bad for the US trade into Europe and (2) cause even more embarassment for the European Governments.
