I have a few questions since I'm new at this regarding Q!

I found this news on Bloomberg...http://www.cnetinvestor.com/newsitem-bloomberg.asp?symbol=68186248&Ticker=QCOM
relating to China embracing full deployment of CDMA wireless technologies beginning next year. Now I know this is a very huge deal for Q which should benefit from capturing such a huge market.

Here is my question:

The news says, Lucent will provide the equipment to this large undertaking. Now, does Q get paid for CDMA royalties?
So, in essence it doesn't matter who provides the equipment as long as they use Q's technology for royalties and licensing revenues? And does Q receive revenues on the usage of its technologies?

I really appreciate anyone with a better understanding about this to answer these questions as it will benefit all board members to better understand Q's prospects and potential.

Best,

Hector
