any market direction analysis must consider this:

note the increase in m3. until easy al and the treasury turn off the money faucet this market is going up --sideways at the worst.

the increases in the money supply starting in 10/98 and up to now have massive. the last two mo. have seen even more liquidity pumped into the system. easy al won't let this bubble pop before jan 2000 (or later )for proof look how he flooded the market with liquidity during the market lows in oct.

seems like classic inflation to me-- too much money chasing too few equities.
