SUNNYVALE, Calif., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- CasinoPirata, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSIN) is pleased to announce a change in control and direction of the company. The changes are due to the Casino Pirata acquisition of Silicon Valley systems integrator American Computer.
Directors and Officers Paul Stringer and Steven Amdahl have resigned.
New directors are: George Bentley, Matt Dodson, Yoshi Iwagami, Kenney Noel and Corinna Stolp.
