Is the Rambus memory in the Sony being use for system memory or graphics memory or both?

There seems to be some confusion...both Sony and Nintendo are using embedded DRAM on the graphics chip. Sony uses DRDRAM (two channels) for CPU memory, while Nintendo is using a custom DRAM.
