I looked again at NETP,

and I'm somewhat cautious. It lacks a decisive move out of the 30ish trading range. Together with the declining volume, it looks a bit wearling off. ...

The chart of NETP paints a sort of upward sloping triangle which could ultimately lead to a breakout. Any thoughts?
