Brent, have you followed gmst? From announcement date on 10/4 until this past Friday, 11/26, the ratio of tvgia to gmst has fallen from .616 to .541. This is an unbelievable gap and significant spread to the merger ratio of .657. Makes me hesitate since the arbs should not have allowed this to happen. Is junk bond financing a deal breaker? I would think that anti trust would not come into play. Your reading on this please. Bought 1000 carl at 2 3/16 for 2.45 takeout by oracle end of February. Risk looks very low.
