With fast tracking the cost of phase 2 was half of original estimates. For phase 3 the costs will be lower than you think. I do not think it will be any close to 250 million. They are still working on phase 3 planning. We will have to wait and see but I do not think MBI will negotiate an alliance for 226 unless the get a very good offer.
