<<I looked at it some time ago, but the $900mil in Junk debt discouraged me. Looking back though, debt has never discouraged the Amzn institutional investors.Hmmm What did we miss?>>

James I did not buy any- came close though. I was scared off by the debt and the lack of earnings. But the real story I guess is the 1996 Congress' relaxation of regulations limiting station owenership by the same co in one metro market. This now allows allows much more M&A activity by broadcasters, and wall street loves it, earnings or no!

I told a friend of mine recently that when I think back on all the stocks that have done really well for me, they've all had certain common traits, like good growth in rev and earnings, reasonable balance sheets, and news developments to get other investors excited about them.

Well nowadays it seems like so many of the skyrocketing stocks only have the last trait- the news releases!
