Tim. We've posted to each other quite awhile back concerning various stocks and I have to say I'm impressed by the strength of your convictions. Although I didn't serve in Vietnam, I knew several people who did. It was a very demanding time, and many of us old enough to remember, became used to the protests throughout the country. At first I was surprised at the reaction to Jane Fonda's opposition to the war, since so many people were opposed to it. But once I saw the films of her sitting in that North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun gleefully clapping her hands and laughing it up with the North Vietnamese troops, I was furious. As many have said, that goes far beyond the bounds of honest protest. Her weak attempt at an apology years later, was feeble and obviously did not come from the heart.
I applaud your determination to speak out, just as I applaud the men who fought over there, believing they were serving a higher purpose.
