No one has yet answered, what's the plan for limiting cash burn AND where's the cash infusion to keep VLNC afloat NOR the new marketing approach to fill current capacity and increase revs. If you are not utilizing current capacity then future cap is moot.

And some TA would really help here, for one thing it eliminates the emotion while applying some science.
