Hi Robert, IMHO I think Mr. Frank [PSG] is expecting LFNO to be reissued sooner rather than later. Maybe during the week he has picked up some info which may give him a better feel of some actiom to come. Thats it, no magic, no rumors just watching like all that are long on NPEC.
