Of the ones in the apparel retailing, I follow occasionally AEOS, ANF, ANN (which you mentioned), GPS, IBI, LTD, ROST, and TJX. GPS has broken its downtrend and is moving sideways in the range of 32-40. Came close to breaking out this week. I've watched it for a couple weeks now and started to back off bottomfishing for now. Another unrelated bottomfish candidate is PMS (Policy Mgmt Systems) in the software field (insurance software). You could probably add some secondary names, such as CLE which has bottomed already and appears to be starting up.
