Alan, Pardon me for being a little dense here, but Nintendo is RMBS's first customer. There doesn't appear to be any chance whatsoever of a political "copying" decision. They've deliberately chosen to scrap RMBS in the new game system. RMBS has been less than forthright with many of its stakeholders and the media. This, to me, is a red flag. The Barron's article was just another example. There's a growing body of evidence available to all that the RMBS dream just isn't going to happen.
