Here is what I want to know. How can one reliably predict major breakout moves... in advance?

BACKGROUND: Each week my local newspaper prints Weekly Winners and Losers. Each week there are usually one, two, three or more stocks which have had a triple digit increase in share price that week. EVERY WEEK.

I am persuaded that if one had the right tools, paid attention to the right information, knew where to look, and had a little luck, one could make incredible wealth by capturing one of these each month.

Anyone have suggestions? Do you understand where I am coming from? I do not need a complete answer here, but I somehow believe that there is more that can be gained than most people are getting.

NOTE: I am asking this question on several discussion boards, because I really want to know. Thanks for any help you can give.... of whatever form it takes.
