Why would ADGI want to acquire SEXI?
Here is a previous ADGI press release on the next acquistions, seems to be a computer company with telemedicine capability in Florida. The other acquistion has already been made. That acquistion included Thornwaite as we all know now.

Amer Diversified In Letters To Buy 2 Florida Firms
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Dow Jones)--American Diversified Group Inc.
(ADGI) signed preliminary agreements to acquire a biotechnology company
and a computer company, both in Florida.
Terms were not disclosed.
In a press release, American Diversified said the acquisitions, which it plans
to make with restricted stock, would be tax-free stock exchanges. The
company expects to close the acquisitions within the next two to three
weeks.
American Diversified said the biotechnology company, based in Miami, offers
medical products and services including proprietary procedures for screening
and monitoring cancer treatment. The company has source and marketing
agreements in South and Central America.
The computer company has a system that can be used in American
Diversified's telemedicine programs.
