WHITEGOLD RESOURCE CORP ("WGO-V") - AGM Held November 24, 1999 Edwin A. Bomford, President of Whitegold Resource Corp. reports that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held in Vancouver on Wednesday November 24, 1999. Shareholders holding proxies for 1,417,888 common shares of the company (10.36%) were represented at the meeting and voted 98.41% in favour of the current Board of Directors and also approved, by a margin of greater than 80%, all motions put forward in the Company's proxy dated October 04,1999. The Company also proposes to settle certain of its outstanding debts by the issue of Common shares of the Company. All of the debt was incurred under the previous Board of Directors who were replaced at the Annual General Meeting of the Company in June 1998. Subject to regulatory approval the Company proposes to issue 834,748 common shares at C$0.15 in consideration for debts totaling C$125,212.25 to creditors, all of whom are at arms-length to the Company. Whitegold Resource Corp. holds a 100% interest in the ISK Wollastonite Deposit in northwestern British Columbia. Since 1995 the Company has invested over C$3.0 million in the development of the project. Due to the economic climate in British Columbia for the development of mineral projects, the Company is giving consideration to expanding its business perspectives into other areas.
