I got both of your messages. You would go against MSFT right before the release of NT2k? I have been waiting for the price of MSFT to drop so I could delve in, but the big buyers won't allow it to go down but so far. Many of the MSFT competitors have worse problems than MSFT. Sun for one, which has shot up, will probably see a significant drop, for there is no real justification in their apparent revaluation. I am a strong believer in AOL, for they will do not face the commoditization that Sun does, even though free access will break through eventually. My MSFT based portfolio is up 100%+ for the year and is quite safe, since the worst case scenario for MSFT is up in price. Do you think you an say the same about investing in MSFT competitors who get a spike because of a lower court finding of fact? MSFT is worth about 2 trillion dollars if broken up. It is trading at about 475 billion right now. Think about it. If it receives a lenient slap on the wrist, Win2k, Office 2k and the Merced will tear through high margin, server centric enterprise computing like a hurricane.

I don't
