Thanks. Richard, that was a good find that says it all about the incompetence and dishonesty of the IMF. The sham is quite unbelievable. But with a much desensitized public seemingly utterly insensitive to Govt. manipulations of sorts, I guess that is the sort of thing that will continue until the public wakes up and atrts to protest. Meanwhile we lose. But why is the public so insensitive? Is it because they are products of an educational system that didn't teach them critical thinking or how to think? Or is it because it doesn't matter what the Govt. does as long as they are having the good life?
