Dennis P. Thanks for your clarification ! May I suggest that one takes his/her position within a day or two as I expect that filing to be within three or four days. However, that is just my view and definitely works for my investment style. I am willing to accept the latest ITKG corporate statements that the filing will be "imminently" transmitted to the SEC. The close on Friday was very positive and the stock seems to be holding up nicely. There might be some minor resistance at the $.65 cent level and once that wall is broken, I suggest that we will move above $1.00 . I sincerely hope we will have some good dialogue next week AFTER the filing (my thoughts). Good investing to all. Warm Regards, Chief
