Anyone: TLAB's Optical Strategy?? Hi, I'm new on this thread. I notice that Cisco, Lucent, Nortel all seem to be concentrating on Photonics or optical. Cisco's acquisition of Cerent is an example. And WDWM is Nortel fastest growing business. With the telecom industry changing over to optical networks, I wonder what is Tellabs doing?..is it doing things to embrace it or ignore it. I think Tellabs attempt last year to buy Ciena, shows they think it's important. Since I don't know alot about their strategy if any, I would appreciate any insights from those more knowledgable. Thanks in advance.
