I think it was you who was saying most veggies don't really care about imitating "real food"? You are right, of course. Matter of fact, imitate real food too much, and you'll gross some of us right out. I dohn want no fake turkey, thank you. We tried one out of curiosity and the skin was just like skin, and frankly I was sort of apalled. Jeez. It gave me this feeling, like, Dachau. I didn't like it. Which brings us to gaugie's first rule of vegetar: "Don't worry about offending vegetarians; worry about them offending you." The other thing, is that most vegetars are eating better than you. So "What do you eat?" is a question with big answers, the first of which might be "gourmet." "Good stuff." "Food."
