I must admit I've been a closet skeptic when it comes to e-commerce, but I'm becoming more convinced as time passes. I find myself frequently relying on the Web for purchases lately, especially as long lines, full parking lots, surly sales people, even more surly shoppers, and lack of stock make bricks-and-mortar shopping less-and-less pleasant. The UPS man now makes fairly regular stops at our house.

And the interesting thing is that he does NOT make regular stops at most of the houses on our street, which suggests that there's a huge potential for expansion (or the possibility of total failure <g>).
