Metricom...

Metricom has stated their services will not be available for 6-24 months beyond the 3 or 4 major metropolitan areas it already services. It holds promise but what about the here and now? What about the existing wireless services that are available to areas throughout the country right now? The ones with which Yahoo and Infospace have spent the last 12 months forging deals.

Go2net is extremely well positioned for broadband as we all know. Charter and RCN Corporation are terrific strategic partners. We can all agree that this holds tremendous promise. Just thinking that GNET and P. Allen could help its cause by making Wireless deals that can deliver Go2net services immediately.

By the way, MCI Worldcom and P .Allen are the BIG shareholders in Metricom. MCI aquired Sprint. Any possibilities here with Sprint beyond its current Yahoo deal?

Best to All!
