VCAH.. my understanding of the present situation: Total shares are 16 Million of which 11 million is the float, and the other 5 million shares are probably restricted or the presidents. The MM's ALEX and NITE have control of the vcah market and are probably 4 million shares short. Two dynamics are here (LOL) or probably more and they are: someone will have to cover before the name change and the mm's are not going to make it easy. Even if the buy-out is $500k (of which I doubt) this has little to do with the play in the market place considering everyone wants to make maximum money. I do not have a clue how high the stock price will soar, but, the history of the price would say at least twenty-one cents. This should be fun when a buy-out is reported; and expect a much higher price. We shall see. Best wishes:)
