Tenchusatsu: All our problems were not in 820 or RIMM but in RIMM connector. We got new connectors with for single channel 108 pins and for dual channels 242 pins. look at pg 4 rambus.com Molex has new connectors available in 6-8 weeks. 242 pin dual channel RIMM connector molex.com 108 pin single channel RIMM connector molex.com
